The Africa Center for Strategic Studies will convene a virtual discussion with Her Excellency, Madame Bineta Diop, African Union Special Envoy on Women, Peace, and Security. This webinar will explore the crucial intersection between gender and security. Mme. Diop will discuss her mandate and agenda as Special Envoy on Women, Peace, and Security as well as explain the role and impact of the African Women Leaders Network (AWLN) and offer insights into the importance of gender for security and stability.
