Regional Engagement Manager
Claude Toze has been with the Africa Center for over 15 years, engaging with alumni, security sector professionals, and institutional partners across the African continent and the United States. Mr. Toze’s country portfolio includes Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Republic of the Congo, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo.
Mr. Toze contributes to the Africa Center’s mission by strengthening and extending the trusted platform for dialogue that has its genesis at Africa Center programs. Mr. Toze helps build enduring partnerships by facilitating the creation of networks, communities, and formal alumni chapters and by maintaining relationships with alumni security sector professionals and institutions. Mr. Toze helps to catalyze strategic solutions by reinforcing connections among alumni and institutions across disciplinary and geographic boundaries.
