  • Examines the nature, scope, and implications of transnational and irregular threats in the Sahel and Maghreb
  • Enumerates and presents current regional bodies, strategies, plans, and programs countering transnational and irregular threats in the Sahel and Maghreb
  • Examines several case studies of border security cooperation initiatives in the Sahel and Maghreb
  • Formulates action plans of strategic recommendations for border security cooperation aimed at enhancing specific initiatives in precise areas of the Sahel and Maghreb
  • Strengthens the community of interest of civilian and military leaders, stakeholders, and organizations working on border security cooperation in the Sahel and Maghreb
