The Africa Center for Strategic Studies, the Office of the African Union Youth Envoy, and the African Union’s Youth4Peace Africa Program will organize an academic webinar to analyze the role of youth in promoting awareness about ocean health, protection, and its sustainability. For purposes of this webinar, “youth” refers to professionals under the age of 35.
Program Overview
The webinar will last 75 minutes and feature a moderated discussion (45 minutes) followed by a period with webinar participants (30 minutes). The entire webinar will be recorded and posted on the ACSS website. The webinar will feature audience surveys of key questions to provoke discussion and further facilitate engagement. The proceedings will be conducted in Arabic, English, French, and Portuguese.
