Doctor-Captain Rita Marianne Ondaye Nee Etoka has been promoted to the rank of Doctor Commander. She participated in the Health and Security Seminar in 2009 and is an avid supporter of Community Chapter events in the Congo.
Commander Felicien Mokobo has been attending the National Gendarmerie Academy in Brazzaville. Since he attended the Next Generation of African Security Sector Leaders in 2010, he has also been promoted in rank.
