Dr. Mahmoud Cissé - Guinea – 1 October 2008: Dr. Mahmoud Cissé has been named by Presidential Decree the new Secretary General of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Public Function. He served previously as Legal Advisor at the Presidential Ministry charged with National Defense; as well as the Permanent Secretary of the Small Arms and Light Weapons Commission. Dr. Cissé participated in the 2000 Senior Leader Seminar in Gaborone, Botswana, as well as the 2004 Small Arms and Light Weapons Seminar in Kampala, Uganda.
Mr. Souleymane Cissé – Guinea – 1 July 2008 : Mr. Souleymane Cissé has been named Minister of State Assessment during the recent Government re-shuffle in June 2008. Mr. Cissé is an active member of the Africa Center Guinea Chapter’s Executive Committee, and formerly served in the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He participated in the December 2005 Managing Security Resources in Africa Seminar in Accra, Ghana.
